| Mary Ann Novitsky was awesome during our house hunting! My husband and I were not living in the same state during this time. Mary Ann did everything in her power to make this time easy, not only for my husband and me, but also for our two boys. Mary Ann is very knowledgeable about the areas and schools. I was surprised that she knew so much about the schools since she no longer had children attending. Since I was not living in the state the only time I was able to look at houses was on the weekends. Mary Ann always made sure that the weekend house-hunting was well worth our short time. | We have used Mary Ann and her team to buy two homes and sell one home in the last two years. Mary Ann will listen to your needs and then help you find just the right home in the right neighborhood. We were looking for a home in the $150,000 price range; we saw several and wanted to think about which home might be right for us. The next morning we reconvened and shared our choice; not only did that house have a contract on it but all the homes we had looked at the previous day had contracts. She now knew what we were looking for and in the next few days she found a home on a corner lot in our price range. We ended up putting the home under contract. | As a new home buyer, I was wary about buying a house in north Texas after a job transfer here from Colorado. I was unfamiliar with the territory and the home buying process.
